‘Le Dôme’ opens out onto the terrace of the main swimming pool, with a panoramic ocean view, in a setting which can be either chic or casual. At our restaurant, we have a responsible approach, favouring short circuits and seasonal products. Our vegetables, fruits and herbs come from our certified organic farm called ‘La Ferme Akoya’ – the Akoya farm.
