We are privileged to welcome Guillaume LEDUC as our new Executive Chef. A renowned culinary entrepreneur, the Chef is the owner of three restaurants, including the famous “Le 6” in Saint-Leu, in Réunion Island. Inspired by local, gourmet cuisine, the chef thrives on exploring the authentic flavors of our island. His close collaboration with our cultivation chef at Akoya Farm guarantees perfect harmony between fresh produce and the refined dishes served at Le Dôme restaurant.

The Akoya Farm, located in the green hills of Saint-Leu, is the jewel in our crown.
